- We assess the device
- We work out which parts it needs
- We give the customer a quote
- We wait for customer approval
Step 2: Analysis
- We assign a technician
- They take the device apart
Step 3: Refurbishment
- Our technician starts refurbishing
- They test for the problem
- They finish the repair
- They check the phone now works
Step 4: Device Return
- If the phone works, the phone is packed
- Extras and accessories are included in the package
- We wait for customer payment
- We then ship the repaired product to the customer
